Ticketing Policies

Canceling or Getting a Refund
Plans change – we understand. You may cancel your seat with a 100% refund as long as this is done by February 10, 2026. The refund process may take 4 – 6 weeks as we need to work with our ticketing provider.
 
Transferring Your Ticket
You can transfer your seat to a friend or colleague no later than February 10, 2026. Transfers will not be possible after February 15, 2026.
